Been so busy with the stupid design project till recently!!! Hope we do well...enough anyway. Quite dissapointed with how i led the team. Should have been so much better. Tried to be understanding to one person, and ended up being unfair to the rest. Sigh... well, you live and you learn, but the hardest things to take are those where your actions have negative consequences to others around you. Then you really feel bad. Really wish I had handled this differently.

Oh well, as the say, "the best laid schemes of mice and men..."

Saw love actually recently, for the third time. Saw a particular scene from the movie anyway. The scene where the guy tells his best friend's wife about his love for her before walking away. That scene just touches me...always does. Its incredibly sweet. The amount of courage the guy had to actually confess to her, and the way he did it, the words he used...perfect

And the words he used as he walks away... "enough..., enough..." It connects with me for some reason, deeply...
