okok...after some constant prompting by a certain Ms Gan, I have decided to update my post... So if you want to thank anyone , thank me... the curses go elsewhere... :P
Yes I am alive...Yes I am still crappy...maybe even a bit crappier... but quite a bit has happened the past few days.
Most Importantly, I got my SEP approved... with any luck, will be flying of either in mid-late Dec or in early Jan( Before the 4th). Looking forward to it with anticipation and apprehension... Will be gone for a grand total of 7+ months... inclusive of internship(if possible)...will be back much sooner otherwise...
Gonna miss my friends, and gonna miss my family, but this is just the first step in my grand scheme... I hope things work out... .
Worried about my parents and sis .... My dad's been really busy, and his health isn't exactly at its best. I'm gonna miss them... I love the talks and laughs that we have, and the morning trips to the office( even though the one not driving will be sleeping)... will miss the songs...
Gonna miss the drives that i take with the windows open, and the music on. Gonna miss the feel of the wind through my hair and the smell of rain in the air. Gonna miss the lightning shows and the runs through my block...
Gonna miss my friends... the fun and the laughter. The endless banter. I live for my friends, and they bring meaning to my life. Friends make the sky a little bluer, and the stars a little brighter, they enhance an otherwise dreary existence and I would like to thank you all for giving me the honour of allowing you to call me your friend. Its been a priviledge knowing you all. I know I haven't exactly been there for all of you all the time, that I don't meet up with a lot of you often at all,and that I do have this habit of being exceedingly annoying, but I hope you forgive me my flaws and accept me as I am still. Out of sight is not out of mind, and it does not mean I do not value you all. I do treasure you all, and I will never forget what you have done for me. In a way, you all, everyone of you define me, for you all have unknowingly shaped my life, and moulded me to become a bit more of the person that I am now...
And if you don't like me, blame yourself (hehe) :p!!!!!
Yes... I know...this (barrring the last sentence) sounds like a farewell speech, and my journey is still not fully confirmed, and even then, it is still far away, and I am jumping the gun...but I feel that this must be said... and now's as good a time as any to say it.
Oh well... good luck for all your exams! And for those able to do so... enjoy your holidays! :)
