So much happened this past week! My life has begun to follow a certain schedule, and I am beginning to ease my self into holiday mode. The pattern of my life is as follows:

Wake up at 730 to drop my dad off aat work. Come back home to sleep or go to gym or to have a quick bite before going out. Afternoons spent either going out, gym or reading a book. Evenings I either go to fetch my dad from work, going out, and sleeping late.

Highlights of the week include:

1) Went to watch my first musical since "Les Miserable" and my first show at the Esplanade on on the 3rd of dec. A local production called " A twist in the tale". Fantastic show. Very funny with great chemistry between the various cast members.

2) Gopi's birthday---> went over to his house in yishun on sunday evening. Stayed up all night playing bridge, mahjong, watching movies and chatting.Consequently, almost fell asleep at the wheel after dropping my dad off at work.

3) Karaoke on wednesday at chinatown with Gopi, Eric, Yaohua, Samantha, Mark and Kelvin. Lunch at Smith Street market( where i met Yvonne and Lijun) before proceeding onto 4 hours of singing! Fun! Then, all 7 of us went into one car, driving down to Orchard, for a movie at PS. Which I could not watch as I had to pick my dad up.

4) Raffles Marina on thursday to watch the sunset. It was gorgeous! Followed by dinner at the outdoor terrace there.

5) Aikido on Friday. Tough I was dead tired, it was still so fun!

6)Reading Robert Jordan's "Knife of dreams " over the weekend. He's back to his best and It took an effort to put the book down.

7) Dinner at the Tapas Tree on Sunday for my parent's anniversary. Very good dinner! Very nice food and great ambiance... riverside dining at Clarke Quay

Will put up the photos later... :)
