Just saw Star Wars: Episode 3, Revenge of the Sith. It is a great movie if you want to watch it because:

1) you’re a star wars fan
2) you like action & adventure with great special effects (LOTR standard)
3) You want to understand the human emotion/psyche more
4) You like fight scenes
5) You like the way Yoda talks

Do NOT watch it if you like acting, which was bland at times and bad at others. All of the actors were, save rare occasions, below par. Natalie Portman and Hayden Christensen have the potential to improve, and gave glimpses of how good they can be. Both have extremely expressive eyes, and they used it to good effect at times. Unfortunately, those times were too few and far between. Sometimes, I thought the aliens in their masks were more expressive than some of the actors.

And somehow, Palpatines speech to the senate sounded tremendously like Winston Churchill’ speeches to the British people during world war 2

The company was great. Jasmine’s infectious laughter and sense of humour got me laughing quite a bit, not to mention that I thoroughly enjoy pulling her leg. Heh!

The plan was to meet at 640, have dinner than watch the movie, but due to uncontrollable circumstances, we ended up meeting later, having a dinner of popcorn, and then having dinner at yoshinoya Cineleisure (we watched at PS by the way…wanted to eat at The coffee club at cine but it was too crowded). We practically closed the kitchen for them. The cook had already changed to jeans and shirt when we ordered, and I don’t think they accepted any other orders after us.

But as I said, Jas’s presence made it all worthwhile. Thanks for a great evening jas!

Wow!Exams are over and I suddenly find myself with a lot of time... doing NOTHING! I'm so bored! Its been 2 days, and all I have done is... nothing! Gone gym, gone school, sent out my CV to 20 different companies. Lets hope they reply soon!

I'm also unfit. I realized that after I went jogging. 20min and I was half dying. And I wasn't even going fast! Around 4km only! Not Good.

I started writing the book about my thoughts and thought processes. Don't think it'll be long, but I hope it'll give me an insight into the workings of my mind. Its such a thing that, the more I think about it, the more confused I get. I need to understand myself better. Only then will I be in control of myself.

Reading 2 books now. King of Foxes and Exile's Return, both by Raymond E Feist. So far so good. I'll let you know how the book turns out after I'm done.

Took out my P-plate today, seems like an eternity since I passed. But its just been a year. Partly its been beacuse I have great parents who let me drive 5 days out of seven in a week while they take the train. They have are so understanding, and the way they pamper me is sometimes unbelievable! Attempted to drop yvonne and Lijun at bugis today. Attemptes. I got hopelessly lost... as per normal, and ended up God knows where! But then again, thank God that Lijun was there and she guided me to the right place (which, as it turns out, wasn't really that far away). Else I'd probably still be going round and round in a circle! At least now I know how to go to bugis from Serangoon! :P

Last, and most importantly, I'd like to thank some friends of mine. We has gone to Fongseng for dinner, and I had parked my car at the usual spot. Unfortunately, the usual spot turns out to be illegal, and me in my idiocy didn't check to see the legality of it all, and I got fined $120 and given 3 points. My friends felt really bad about the whole thing and they each chipped in $20 to give me, to help with the fine. They also gave me a very nice, homemade card to apologize to me for what they perceive to be their fault. You have no idea how touched I was. It was totally unexpected, and I was stunned.

Thank you Kelvin, Yaohua, PQ, Samantha and Juvena. Thank you soo much! I'm blessed... I really am for friends like you all are truly hard to come by.
